Fifteen focused minutes with a Guardian Guide on one specific issue: getting unstuck, finding your way around the member area, Rooms, Protection Missions, or setup friction.
For a member who is stuck on one specific thing and wants a person to unstick it quickly.

Guardian Guided Install
$250
Up to 90 minutes, plus one short follow-up check-in within 7 days
One-time. Nothing recurring is started by this purchase.
A human-guided full Guardian setup and orientation: installation, how to talk to Guardian, a first real-life use, a first Room or Protection Mission where it fits, and enough confidence to continue on your own.
For a member who would rather set Guardian up with a person than work through installation and orientation alone.

- one real-life situation brought into Guardian
- a first Room or Protection Mission if appropriate
- practical habits for continuing independently
- one short follow-up check-in within 7 days

Guardian Guide services are for existing Guardian Personal members. They do not include Guardian activation and do not start or change your membership.
If Protection Architecture is broken, that is ours to fix at no charge. Quick Assist is for help using Guardian, not for paying us to repair our own defects.
How Guide time works
Human time, honestly described.
- — Once a live session begins, that human time has been delivered and is earned.
- — If we fail to provide the service you paid for — we do not show up, or we cannot deliver the session — we will reschedule, credit, or refund it as appropriate.
- — If something in Protection Architecture itself is broken — a bug, a broken link, an entitlement or billing fault — you never have to buy Guide time to have our defect fixed. Tell us and we fix it.
- — Quick Assist is a 15-minute promise on one specific issue. Guided Install is up to 90 minutes plus one short follow-up within 7 days.
- — Guide time is separate from the Guardian product 30-Day Fit Promise, which covers Guardian Personal itself.
30-Day Fit Promise
Give Guardian 30 days to earn its place in your life. If it doesn’t, we don’t want your money.
The 30-Day Fit Promise covers the Guardian Personal product, not human Guide time that has already been delivered.
To reschedule, or if something went wrong with a session, reply to your receipt email or contact us from your member area. A person reads it.
