What is a Protection Architect?
A Protection Architect is a person who helps design the structure around a life or an organization: the systems, priorities, decisions, and continuity that hold everything together. It is human work, and it is optional.
You do not need a Protection Architect to use Guardian Personal. Guardian is useful on its own, and most people start there.
Architect work makes sense when the scope of what you are carrying, not your title or the size of your accounts, calls for someone to design the system with you.
If all you want is help getting set up or learning to use Guardian, that is a Guardian Guide, not an Architect.

Leadership teams, businesses, boards, and multi-person environments are handled separately, because the work spans many people rather than one landscape.

2–3 months
Private Landscape Series
Foundational clarity. Orientation. First systems.
A 2–3 month Architect-supported engagement to help establish your Guardian Companion, map your Living Landscape, create the right Rooms, and build first systems around what matters most.

Year One Protection Architecture Relationship
Continuity. Stewardship. Strategic support over time.
A 12-month Architect-supported relationship for ongoing stewardship, deeper architecture, continuity, review, and adjustment as your life, household, business, or responsibilities change.

Both engagements include Guardian Personal as the continuity layer. If you already hold Guardian Personal, your membership, onboarding and access continue unchanged — there is no second activation. If you do not, Guardian Personal access is included as part of the engagement.

Guardian Personal members can add optional Guardian Guide time: a $39 Quick Assist (15 focused minutes on one specific issue) or a $250 Guardian Guided Install (up to 90 minutes, plus a short check-in within 7 days). Guardian Guide support is human help with Guardian — it is not Protection Architect Services, and it does not include Guardian activation or change your membership.

Year One Protection Architecture Relationship
A 12-month Architect-supported relationship for individuals, households, founders, leaders, and business owners who want ongoing Protection Architecture stewardship, not just a one-time conversation.
This is for clients who want continuity, periodic review, deeper architecture, Guardian alignment, and adjustment as their life, household, business, or responsibilities change over time.
Year One is not a subscription. It is a protected architecture relationship.

Continuation from Private Landscape Series
Clients who complete a Private Landscape Series and continue into Year One within the approved continuation window may be eligible for a $2,500 continuation credit toward Year One.
This recognizes that the Guardian Companion, Living Landscape, Rooms, and first systems have already begun.
The continuation window is 30 days after Private Landscape Series completion. Eligibility is reviewed before payment.
Monthly Architect Support
Guardian Stewardship Plan.
Monthly Architect support for members who want regular human review and continued guidance.
Guardian Stewardship gives members a trained human observer and sounding board for reviewing what is changing in their life, what is changing on the horizon, and what Guardian should understand next.
Guardian Stewardship helps you review what is changing in your life and what is changing on the horizon, so you are not carrying decisions, risks, and responsibilities alone.
$200/month — One monthly 60-minute Guardian review
A monthly check-in to review what has changed, what Guardian should understand next, and what deserves attention before it becomes urgent.
$300/month — One monthly 90-minute Guardian review
A longer monthly review plus light guidance between sessions for questions that come up while you are working with Guardian.
$500+/month — Expanded support, request-based
For more complex situations where more Architect involvement is appropriate. Scope is agreed in writing before anything begins.
Guardian Stewardship is added human support. It is not insurance and it is not emergency response.
Access is scheduled and scoped — it is not unlimited.
Guardian Stewardship is in addition to Guardian Personal membership, which remains the ongoing home for your Guardian Companion.
Stewardship begins by request so fit, scope, and capacity are settled before anything is charged.
Guardian Personal membership does not include regular one-on-one Architect sessions. Architect-involved monthly support is available separately through the Guardian Stewardship Plan.
The Approach
Structure follows understanding.
Protection Architecture is not a destination. It evolves as your life evolves. An Architect observes the landscape that actually exists, helps identify what matters, recognizes relationships and gaps, and designs protection architecture around your real circumstances — then refines it as those circumstances change.
What an Architect brings:
Human observation. Judgment. Perspective. Pattern recognition. The ability to notice what is difficult to see from inside the situation — and to translate what is noticed into structure that holds.
What an Architect never does:
A Protection Architect does not become the authority over your life. You remain in the Command Seat — every decision, every direction, every conclusion is yours. The Architect brings perspective; the authority stays with you.
An Entry Point
Audits and focused reviews.
Not every situation calls for an ongoing relationship. Sometimes what is needed is an experienced Protection Architect examining one specific part of your Living Landscape — carefully, honestly, and without an agenda beyond seeing it clearly.
A focused audit or review can help reveal:

An audit is not a funnel toward a larger engagement. Its purpose is to give you a clearer view of something that matters. When a larger custom architecture engagement is genuinely warranted, that becomes visible on its own — and the decision to continue remains entirely yours.
Custom Architecture
Designed around the life that actually exists.
No two members receive the same architecture. Depending on your circumstances, a custom engagement may draw on different combinations of observation, systems, Rooms, decision structures, continuity mechanisms, and review processes — selected and arranged because they fit the landscape, not because they fit a template.
The internal methodology behind that design remains deliberately protected. What you experience is the result: structure that holds because it was built from genuine understanding.
Your Guardian Companion can carry continuity inside that architecture — complementing the Architect's human judgment, never substituting for it.

Some of these forms are still being formally defined as the practice grows. Where a form is not yet a defined offering, that is said plainly in conversation — never implied by the website.
Embedded Observation
Seeing what only time inside a landscape reveals.
Some patterns cannot be seen from a single conversation. Where an engagement calls for it, a Protection Architect may spend agreed time within a real environment — long enough to notice leadership gaps, communication gaps, dependencies, emerging risks, and relationships that are difficult to see from inside the system.
This is experienced human observation inside an explicitly agreed engagement. It is never surveillance, never secret, and never undertaken without clear authorization and defined boundaries.
Privacy of the Role
Represented institutionally. Never individually.
Protection Architecture maintains no public roster of Architects, no directories, no profiles, and no public pairing of Architects to members. Individual identities and working relationships are protected under the same standard that protects everything else here.
Minimum Necessary Exposure applies to the people who do this work just as it applies to the people they serve. We protect relationships, not just records.
